Tbot Techno Systems is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the company's growing IT solutions and services business.

You will work closely with the HR and technical teams to execute on a proactive recruiting strategy and ensure that the company is well-positioned to meet its staffing goals and objectives.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions to a wide range of clients across industries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a proactive recruiting strategy to identify and source top talent for the company.
Manage fullcycle recruiting for a variety of technical roles, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
Track and report on recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and assess performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT solutions and services industry.
Solid understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with ATS software and recruiting metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
