    Role :
    Senior Director - Data Engineering & Analytics


    Responsibilities :

    • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the data engineering and analytics function, aligning it with the overall business goals.
    • Lead and manage a diverse team of data engineers, data architects, data scientists, and cloud operations specialists.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, ensuring data governance, security, and quality.
    • Design and architect scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions leveraging Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
    • Oversee the development and management of data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
    • Implement and manage robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights and datadriven solutions.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, analytics, and cloud computing.
    • Champion diversity and inclusion within the team, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
    You will be successful in this role if you have :

    • A minimum of 20+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 10+ years focused on data engineering, data architecture, and cloud solutions (Azure Cloud preferred).
    • Proven track record of leading and managing large, highperforming teams in a datadriven environment.
    • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and experience with Azure Cloud platforms.
    • Indepth knowledge of data engineering principles, data modeling, and data governance best practices.
    • Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and building scalable data infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decision making.
    • A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in data technologies.
    • A commitment to diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture that values different perspectives and experiences.
