Summary:
The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist with checkin and checkout procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Escalate complex issues to the Guest Relations Manager
- Collect and record guest feedback
- Prepare welcome folders and provide information to incoming guests
- Assist with special requests and arrangements for VIP guests
- Promote hotel services and amenities to guests
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
