Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, inventory, and operational procedures.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and warehouse personnel to optimize logistics and operational workflows.

Problem Solving: Address logístical challenges and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
