Kitchen Assistant (Male)

Salary:
₹8,000-₹11,000 + additional benefits

Location:
Chhat, Zirakpur, Punjab

Full Time: 12pm-10pm

Part Time: 4pm-10pm
(Two leaves per month, with work required all week.)

Must note:
Initial 15 days unpaid training to fresher applicants, employer doesn't pay for 15 days as it is training period

Kitchen Assistant. As a
Kitchen Assistant you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

Organise, clean, and store utensils properly
Prepare small dishes such as appetisers and arrange plate decorations
Assist cooks with meal preparation and other duties as requested
Wash dishes, prepare meal ingredients, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Manage inventory control and waste recording
Remove garbage and clean garbage cans
Clear and organise refrigerators, freezers, and storage rooms

Requirements:

Minimum 10+2 education or equivalent diploma
Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to work efficiently, neatly, and safely
Flexibility and a positive attitude
Strong teamwork skills
Good personal hygiene and physical fitness
Ability to handle messy and repetitive tasks
Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards
