Position Title:
Nursing Staff

Work Location -Varanasi Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Provide direct nursing care to patients based on established protocols and standards of care.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.

Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.


Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient cases, treatment plans, and improvements to healthcare delivery.


Patient Education:
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.

Provide guidance on post-treatment care and lifestyle modifications.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.

Report and document any changes in patient condition promptly.


Adherence to Protocols:
Adhere to medical protocols, infection control practices, and hospital policies.

Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.


Continuous Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.

Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and healthcare technology.


Quality Improvement:
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and healthcare processes.

Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State Nursing Council.

Relevant experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and multicultural environment.
