COMPANY PROFILE


Accrete Globus Technology is an India-based SAAS-product company that is involved in the Development and Marketing of 6Orbit - A Cloud-based process automation tool.

The company operates in the Indian domestic market and offers an alternative to traditional ERP tools.


CALLING TEAM

  • Handle incoming calls from clients reporting issues on their ERP system or requesting new features to be added.
  • Experience handling customer service calls in an international BPO will be an added
advantage


  • Need to assign tickets, understand issues and resolve them on calls and follow up with
technical team and other related team for the updates of the activities.


  • Need to be adaptive to frequent process updates and must be a fast learner with a zeal for finance related topics
  • Should be able to comprehend and understand issues by self without much intervention
from the customer and focus on FCR and CSAT to enable we give the best in class experience for the client


Requirements:


  • Need to have at least 1 -2 years of experience in an International BPO (inbound / outbound) with more emphasis on customer service.
  • Experience in ERP systems would definitely be an added advantage. Knowledge of taxes ,
TCS, TDS, GSTR reports, accounting terms is highly desirable.


  • Should have excellent communication and written skills in English and Hindi along with any of the following regional languages as well - Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi
  • Need to be able to be available on calls for longer bouts in a day
  • Should have a go-setter attitude and should be bold on calls
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills

OFFLINE TEAM

  • Handle escalation calls from L1 team and addressing the issues of the customers in a time
bound manner.


  • Proper follow up for new module training and enhanced technical troubleshooting on the customer's system.
  • Need to travel to client location for 30% of the time to help gather new points and solve
existing repeated issues


  • Need to have a solid understanding of ERP systems and good knowledge of accounting
software.


  • Should be able to handle unassigned escalations and resolve them within the given time
frame


  • Would need to meet newly on boarded clients and welcome them on board and handle their new training requirements once the clients have gone live on the system.

Requirements:


  • Need to have at least - 5 years of experience in an ERP based environment with more
emphasis on accounting and technical service.


  • Experience in ERP systems, knowledge of taxes, TCS ,TDS, GSTR reports, accounting terms is essential
  • Should have excellent communication and written skills in English and Hindi along with any of the following regional languages as well - Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi
  • Need to be able to be available on calls for longer bouts in a day
and needs to work 6 days a week


  • Should have a go-setter attitude and should have a bold presentation personality
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills
  • Must posses a two wheeler and have a valid driving license (for travel within the city)
