Description
Must having hotel background, having hotel experience shall be preferable.- Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Maintain and accurately keep updated, customer records.
- Work closely and effectively with operation team, in order to ensure that all catering contracts are delivered to a high standard.
- Responsible for maintaining and continuously increasing a high level of sales performance both for rooms as well as food and beverage.
- Efficiently respond to all customer enquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Organize and attend client meetings both internally and externally.
- To develop an effective sales strategy to attract new and additional banquet sales.
- Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the Management.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- To create and prepare banqueting proposals for potential customers, ensuring that all likely additional costs relating to the event have been assessed accurately and communicated.
- To sell available banquet space with a view to promote food and beverage sales through conferences, conventions, meetings etc.
- To undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to selling banqueting facilities available.
Salary:
₹9, ₹40,866.47 per month
