    We are looking for an Associate Product Manager in our Customer Data Platform group (CDP+ and Insights+). CDP group has products for Data Integrations, Data Management, Customer Services, Data Analytics and Data Governance.

    The suite of data products enables Marketers to provide personalised engagements and loyalty programs using Capillary Engage+ and Loyalty+ products.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Strategy and Vision:
    Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market opportunities.

    Roadmap Development:
    Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines.

    Market Research:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and to inform product decisions.

    Customer Insights:
    Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure that the product meets the needs and expectations of our users.

    Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

    Feature Definition:
    Create detailed product requirements and user stories, and work closely with engineering to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

    Metrics and Analysis:
    Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success, drive improvements, and inform future product decisions.
    Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.

    Lifecycle Management:
    Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


    Qualifications:

    Education :
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    Experience : 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a senior role. Experience in Saas products is a plus.

    Leadership :
    Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

    Technical Proficiency :
    Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

    Analytical Skills :
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    Communication :
    Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

    Customer Focus :
    Deep empathy for customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

    Agility :
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
