ENTERPRISE BUSINESS ANALYST:
_


As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding our clients roadmap, preparing understanding documents, managing internal stakeholders, leading a team of Customer Support Executives (CSEs), and ensuring successful project management.

Responsibilities:
_**•Collaborate with the Client Project Head and Project Coordinator to thoroughly understand the client's roadmap and project objectives.

  • Prepare understanding documents based on Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Manage internal stakeholders, including the Product and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the account.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery of new products, including successful pilots of new features, defining success metrics with clients and product teams.
  • Ensure end-to-end project management for internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case creation, test result analysis, and client UAT.
  • Collaborate with the Product team for product documentation, ensuring accurate and up
- to-date information is available.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of both the Product Database and the clients database for seamless integrations and data management.
  • Demonstrate 100% clarity on API use cases, utilizing tools like Postman and Console for debugging purposes.
  • Develop an understanding of Database, utilizing SQL and Cosmo DB to extract required data and ensure timely processing.

_ Who we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Proficiency in API integration concepts and tools like Postman.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL query writing.
  • Knowledge of commercial implications and financial aspects related to project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing teams and driving employee development.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and systems used in enterprise environments.
