    Description

    Job Description :

    Product Development:

    • Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX/UI specialists, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on market needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
    • Lead the development process from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are aligned with the product vision.

    Market Research & Strategy :

    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product differentiation.
    • Analyze competitor offerings and develop competitive intelligence reports.
    • Leverage market research insights to define product strategy, set clear product goals, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

    Product Lifecycle Management :

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing optimization.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the product development process.
    • Develop and implement product launch plans to ensure a smooth and successful market entry.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration :

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and operations, to ensure product success and alignment with company objectives.
    • Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet high standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
    • Work with engineering teams to identify and address bugs and defects.

    Customer Focus :

    • Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback.
    • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

    Reporting & Analytics :

    • Prepare regular reports on product performance, analyzing key metrics such as user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • Identify trends and utilize data to make data-driven recommendations for product optimization and future roadmaps.

    Technical Skills :

    • Proven experience in software development methodologies (e.g.
    Agile, Waterfall)- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)- Proficiency in technical concepts relevant to the domain (e.g.

    Cloud computing, Machine Learning, APIs)- Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g.

    JIRA, Confluence) )
