In the
Order Intake & Management (OIM) domain, we cover the business process and technical delivery of the order intake, order orchestration, order management, and invoice to cash processes across Nokia for all customer orders (portal, B2B).

More specifically, that includes teams focusing on Presales & Sales from Commercial, Cash Collections, and ERP Logistics OM, B2B DevOps and B2B Deployment teams.


What you will learn and contribute to

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Order to Cash (O2C) implementation activities and act as a liaison with business process owners to validate requirements for changes to processes and recommend ERP related best practices.
  • Participate in user sessions for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, configuration, unit testing, and UAT.
  • Develop functional specifications for the development of reports, forms, configurations, interfaces, and enhancements in O2C areas.
  • Manage and coordinate changes and unit and regression testing with integration partners.
  • Develop test scenarios and scripts, perform unit testing, coordinate user acceptance testing to resolve and close defects.
  • Recommend opportunities for streamlining, consolidating, and optimizing processes.
  • Assist with solution strategies for business requirements, enhancement requests and defect fixes. Identify, develop, and deliver business and technical solutions.
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a global environment; interacting with and influencing business partners at all levels.
  • Support the identification, prioritization, and implementation of new platform and process capabilities.

Your skills and experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of SAP O2C
  • OM related implementation experience working in big and complex transformations with at least 2 full life cycle implementations
  • Bachelors' degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Experience in designing and configuring SAP Order to Cash solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Order Management, Pricing, SD, Customer Master and Sales Contracts.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Collaboration skills / Decision quality / Drive for results / Problem solving
  • Customer Focus and technical leadership
  • Ability to travel to at a short notice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on third party integrations, EDI integrations and B2B interfaces related to SD Area
  • Good understanding of integration points to CPQ and CRM
  • Good understanding on Fiori apps, role design for Fiori apps.
  • Good understanding on middleware and integration platforms
  • Nice to have basic ABAP debugging experience.
