Description
We are looking for Sales Associate (Jr.
Mid) having 1-3 years of exp to manage calls, customer service inquirers, etc,


Main Activities:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to plan and execute strong strategies.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Experienced in generating leads
  • International process experience preferred but not essential
  • Medical/Healthcare domain experience preferred but not essential.

What are we looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of excel, PowerPoint
  • Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
Shift timing will be of 9 hours between 6 PM to 6 AM
