Key Skills Required:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati is a must, command over English and Hindi languages will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge / understanding of online user behavior
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must
  • Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Possess an ability to establish a rapport with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Good general knowledge as well as market knowledge of Real Estate sector in Gujarat

Responsibilities:


  • Acquire thorough knowledge of various products marketed by the company
  • Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the backend
  • Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
  • Manages the office and administration duties as per the Company policy

Educational Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:


  • Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant field
  • 12 years of relevant experience, fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply
  • Creative thinker with the ability to understand and transform technical information and convey the same to the customers in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with mínimal direct supervision
  • Excellent planning, organizing and negotiating skills
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
