Job Description:


  • Drive overall corporate performance and growth by efficiently recording, analyzing, and utilizing operational information to find possibilities for optimization, restructure processes, and drive continuous improvement. Manage and manage all facets of the business's financial systems, such as accounting procedures, financial reporting, and internal controls, to ensure their correctness, integrity, and adherence to all relevant laws and standards. Establish a culture of responsibility and cooperation, inspire and encourage employees, and manage resources skillfully to meet financial goals are all examples of excellent leadership. Identify important business drivers, analyze complicated financial data, and make strategic suggestions to assist decisionmaking and improve financial success using your excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. Strong financial acumen, including a grasp of financial analysis, risk management, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning, to best allocate resources and promote sustainable growth. A track record that demonstrates the ability to negotiate the complexity of the market, manage financial risks, and produce quantifiable outcomes as a CFO or in comparable senior financial leadership roles within Last Mile Logistics or adjacent industries. Strong market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends knowledge that supports proactive adaptation to changing business environments and informed decisionmaking. Establish solid procedures and systems to reduce risks, uphold financial integrity, and protect the organization's assets. Comply with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
