Company - Shipping CompanyLooking for customer service / tele-caller + data entry experience who has very good communication skills
Job involves co-ordination with seafarers for various reasons - joining availability, certificates status, organizing trainings
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills with expertlevel fluency in English.
- Problem solver with an experience in tele calling/customer service
- Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for their work.
- Excellent comms in English and Hindi
Shift Timings - 9am to 6pm
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
