The Role:


  • Lead and manage the direct sales business from US.
  • Build a sales pipeline and implement outreach successfully to attain monthly targets
  • Actively work on CRM and implement sales campaigns
  • Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client expectations
  • Actively participate in all phases of account maintenance and development and work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in industry events and conference

Required Skills:


  • 912 years' experience in digital ad sales with at least 8 years focused on advertiser sales in US
  • Grow the existing business and onboard direct brands
  • Build sustainable relationships with brands for ongoing budgets
  • Developing sales collaterals and business proposals and media plans
  • Stay up to date with the latest buzz and trends in the industry
  • Maintain client relations independently along with monitoring campaigns daily and recommend improvements
  • Working closely with the client to understand requirements, provide constant feedback, and communicating these to the operations team
  • Maintaining high awareness of the company's internal as well as immediate external environment
