Description
Job Responsibility:
Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Spares/Accessories and AMC Quotation
- Dispatch process Documents and records
- Data back up on
Every Saturday:
Pending list/ Courier Details/ Quotation
Folder
- Document Control
- Implement Process and ensure it is practiced in all departments
- Digitalization of operations using ERP/CRM Software
- NABL Accreditation
- To maintain attendance of the engineers.
- To prepare Job card.
- To prepare packing list.
- To prepare digital sales order.
- To add items in Grow smart from quotation.
- Prepare Production Report.
- Purchase order and Invoice filing.
- Filing of AMC Contract.
Salary:
₹15, ₹21,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Relevant work: 1 year (preferred)
