Job Purpose:
Processing/Authorizing of AODs/Customer Instructions/Transactions / Coordination with vendors***
Scope limited to processing of transactions/routine activity with call taking / decisioning of limited exceptions.
Authorizer manages the activities which are more complex in nature for e.g., Checking / Verification / Authorization (financial and non-financial activities) & ensure Quality / TAT, Handle Query / Complaint Resolution, Vendor / Deliverable Management etc., will be manned by this level.
Responsibilities:

Error Free Processing
- Processing of transactions as per guidelines prescribed for the same and ensures that respective checks and controls on day 1 & day 2 are done.
- Ensure validation of request
- Ensure processing within TAT
- Exception items to be brought to notice of Seniors
- Compliance to Internal policies / processes
- Audit & Compliance: Systems and procedures are followed to comply with Internal and External audits and ensuring NIL exceptions.
- Take judgmental calls wherever required
- All other exceptions / rejects to be reviewed and brought to attention of Seniors
- Share MIS on periodic basis
- Queries to be addressed promptly
- Closure of referrals with adequate resolution and within TAT
- MIS to be maintained for the process handled
- Work towards reducing Customer Complaints
- Give suggestions for improvement in processes
Educational Qualifications
Key Skills
- Graduation:
- AMFI Certification
- IRDA Certification
- NCFM Certification (Mandatory for certain job roles)
- CAIIB (Optional)
- Internal Certification (NR Modules)
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Communication
Experience Required
- Minimum experience in years 1 yr
- Exposure to banking preferable
Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Any Graduate
CTC Range - 6 lkh ~ 12 lkh
