Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Developer at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the unique needs of our organization.

This role will require expertise in ServiceNow development, a strong understanding of IT service management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Workflow Automation:
Build and optimize workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Implement and maintain taskbased, interactive forms and user interfaces.
Integration:
Create and manage API integrations and data imports/exports.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, tables, and forms to align with organizational needs.
Implement UI policies, client scripts, and business rules to enhance user experience.
Incident and Problem Management:
Handle incident and problem resolution within the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure service availability.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts and architects, to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
Document development work, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
Debug and resolve defects and issues identified during testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in solution design and development.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and web services.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, or other modules is a plus.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
