About the Role


We are looking for associates to join our Leverage Partner Network; who are driven, self-motivated and highly passionate about working in the Ed-tech space while impacting careers via quality education & expert mentorship.

If you are someone who is proactive, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is for you.

Youll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Paytm etc.

to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories.

What will you do

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential partners.
  • Handle the endtoend cycle of student enrollment.
  • Manage the leads coming from the partners (B2B channel), right from initiation to student admission.
  • Constant monitoring and follow up on accuracy of documents being provided.
  • Maintain strong followups and regular feedback calls with partners.
  • Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent followups, low Turn-Aroundtime (TAT) and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.
  • Build crossdiscipline relationships in the organization, partnering/ working closely with employees across departments, thereby ensuring an effective closure

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
  • 12 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar background
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Showcase a keen interest in education and innovation along with acumen for sales
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Detail oriented approach of working
  • Being capable of concept selling and understanding business and customer issues.

₹360, ₹500,000.00 per year
