About the CEO and Co-Founder:

Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing.

Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

Responsibilities:

End to end creative thinking, coordination & execution of performance marketing.
Basic understanding of digital marketing data (CTR, ROAS, Open Rate)
Understanding of social media landscape (Incl. new music trends & reels trends)
Qualitative competition Tracking.
Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages & optimize user experience.
Collaborating with agencies & other vendor partners.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
