Job Description:
- Assist in preparing all food for breakfast, lunch and dinners maintain food quality and service in accordance with standardized company recipes and procedures.
- Maintains good housekeeping practices in all walkin boxes, walkin freezer, and dry goods storeroom.
- Ensure that food displays are attractive.
- Picks up store items as requested by the supervisor
- Cleans and cuts all kind of food for production use
- Assists the Chef de Partie in the production of food and prepares such according to recipes used by the company
- Maintains top quality freshness.
- Begins advance preparation for next day and for the next shift.
- Follows proper portion control for all items.
- Maintains clean and orderly work areas and keeps strict hygiene regulation.
- Regularly reports all needed maintenance to the Sous Chef.
- Attends all associate meeting and trainings.
- Expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Management which he is capable of performing.
- Is well groomed and takes care of personal hygiene.
