Responsibilities:


  • Deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to middle school students, ensuring a studentcentred and communicative approach.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, taking into consideration the diverse learning styles and abilities of the students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and encourages student growth and development.
  • Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to facilitate language acquisition, including multimedia tools, textbooks, authentic materials, and educational technology.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their language skills.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum, as well as participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open lines of communication to address any concerns or provide updates on student progress.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and developments in language teaching methodologies and integrate innovative approaches into the classroom.
  • Actively participate in school events, such as parentteacher conferences, schoolwide celebrations, and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in French or equivalent. OR Diploma in French with relevant certifications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken, at an advanced level.
  • Minimum of 23 years of teaching experience, preferably in a middle school or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, and cultural aspects.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and effectively deliver instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for the French language and culture.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and a willingness to integrate it into instructional practices.

Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹24, ₹34,000.00 per month
