Financial Record Maintenance:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers, journals, and books of accounts.


Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to help in decision-making processes.


Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Managing accounts payable by processing invoices, payments, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Managing accounts receivable by invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding payments.


Bank Reconciliation:
Reconciling bank statements with general ledger entries to ensure accuracy in financial records.


Financial Reporting:

Preparing and analyzing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights to management.


Tax Compliance:
Assisting in tax preparation and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filings.


Audit Support:
Providing necessary documentation and support during internal or external audits.


Financial Analysis:
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the organization's financial performance.


Advisory Role:
Providing financial advice and support to management for decision-making and strategizing.


Software and Systems Management:
Using accounting software proficiently and ensuring proper maintenance of financial systems.
