JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, set goals, and define project objectives and tasks.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project needs are met.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking project expenses, preparing cost estimates, and identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Act as a central point of contact for project team members, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status reports and performance metrics to project stakeholders.

Qualifications Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

Salary:
₹20, ₹70,000.00 per month
