    Description

    DocumentManagement:

    • Manageall exportrelated documents including invoices shipping documentsexport licenses customs declarations and other necessarypaperwork.
    • Organize classify andmaintain documents in both physical and electronicformats.
    • Ensure proper filing andarchiving of documents for easy retrieval andreference.

    ComplianceAssurance:

    • Stayupdated with export regulations and requirements to ensurecompliance with international tradelaws.
    • Verify the accuracy andcompleteness of all export documents to minimize errors andpotential penalties.
    • Collaboratewith relevant departments to ensure adherence to export controlprocedures andstandards.

    CommunicationandCoordination:

    • Facilitatecommunication between various departments involved in the exportprocess to ensure smooth documentflow.
    • Liaise with freight forwarderscustoms agents and other external parties to coordinate documentsubmissions and resolve anyissues.
    • Provide support and guidanceto internal stakeholders on documentrelated queries andprocesses.
