Supporting Actions
Timely order booking for planning Y order and D order for dispatch- Order booking as per customer PO / TM advise for planning and after booking SO copy to be sent to customer for order confirmation

In case of depot sale / diversion order D orders to be booked, stock to be allocated and dispatch clearances to be givenDepot allocation and vehicle coordination with customer and depot
Depot stock to be allocated as per customer requirement.
Sales Order copy to be sent to Depot for physical stock loading.
Coordinate with customer and depot for vehicle placementPlant coordination for material availability, vehicle placement and allocation and releases
Follow up with coordination, warehouse and planning team for material availability and communicate same to customer
Based on customer confirmation, inform plant for arranging vehiclesFollow up for advance pmt / due pmt with customers
PFI to be sent customers for advance pmt
Intimate customers on dispatches made and respective due paymentsArranging daily reports ( FG, Dispatch, AR, )Provide daily reports to TM on receivable, FG and sales
