Description

Responsibilities:

-
Customer Data Management:Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Segment with technical teams for effective issue resolution.

Customer feedback:Gather and analyze customer feedback and complaints.
Collaborate with product development and quality control teams to address issues.
-
Loyalty Programs:Develop and manage customer loyalty programs and incentives.
Monitor Customer participation an provide performance reports.
-
Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Assist in generating sales leads and tracking lead conversions.

Data Analysis:Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.

Communication:Create and manage customer communication materials, such as newsletters ,product updates and promotional content.


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in CRM, preferably in our industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented and customerfocused.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing customer needs.

Specific Requirement- Only Female


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
