Positions:

1 Location:
Sathariya Factory
Role: Analysis of all forms of products, analytical works in lab & records management.

Required Qualification & Skill:

M.Sc. in Chemistry
Minimum 3 years experience in the related field.
Technical capability and understanding.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must be a good team player.
Sampling and analysis of raw materials, in process goods and finished products.
Conduct various analytical testing procedures as per manufacturing/QC SOPs.
Assist in developing new test methods for Raw materials and finished products
Assist in Modification and validation of analytical procedures to meet QC's needs
Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instruments like GC, HPLC etc.
Take initiation for any new test methods which need to be implemented at Gaiagen QC lab
Involve in procedure review and propose modifications and updates.
Keep all quality related workbooks and other quality system documents up-to date
Compilation of data and reports for quality activities
Follow-up all Production and QC record and maintain the same
Maintain lab chemical stock sheet and other Lab supplies
Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices and reagents
Preserve workplace safety and safe materials handling as appropriate
Responsible for minor equipment troubleshooting, calibration and repair within his scope
Admirable communication skills to share knowledge and promote cross-functional teamwork.
