    Description

    Join our team at Oracle! We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Audit professional to join our Business Assessment & Audit team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for conducting risk-based audits across Oracle's global processes and subsidiaries. Check out the details below:

    • Assist in performing periodic global risk assessments to ensure key business risks are identified and mitigated.
    • Plan audit scopes and develop appropriate procedures.
    • Execute audit procedures and prepare reports as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and assess internal controls.
    • Draft audit programs, questionnaires, and reports.
    • Follow up on prior audit findings and collaborate with issue owners for timely completion.
    • Review operational structure for efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Work with internal and external experts collaboratively.
    • Support departmental initiatives and projects.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 4+ years of Audit/Consulting experience
    • BA/BS degree
    • Strong presentation and communication skills in English
    • Intermediate knowledge of auditing processes
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Experience with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems
    • Certifications like CPA, CA, CIA, CISA are a plus
    • Additional language skills are welcome
