Dispatch In-charge
Dispatch In-charge role is to coordinate the dispatch and transportation of goods from a production plant to a customer. Here are some of the main responsibilities

Overseeing the dispatch of products on time
Ensuring that packing and transportation meet a company's quality control
Checking dispatchers follow health and safety guidance
Organising work rotas and staff duties
Communicating the estimated time of arrival into the system
Maintaining business relationships
Managing absences and taking care of performance

- using specialist computer systems to check stock levels, transportation costs and the dates and times of deliveries
- liaising with suppliers and customers

Planning for loading and unloading of inward & outward materials to dispatch
Manage the labours for proper dispatch of materials
Stock maintenance & record keeping
Physical & Book stock maintenance
Stock quality checking and inspection of inward & outward materials
To analyse stock movement & Report shortages for procurement

Experience
:
Minimum 0-2 years (Freshers also eligible to apply).

Qualification
:
ANY Degree who are street smart and are interested to grow along with the company.
