What will your job look like?:


  • Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal communication.
  • Leadership Communication, impeccable communication skill to translate the organization vision and leadership into engaging communication.special projects and moment communication to be crafted and maintained. Proactive partnership with leadership in all areas of 360 communication to be strategies and delivered
  • Brand Management : The corporate brand is at a nascent stage of development and requires further shaping and establishment with relevant content, constant direct engagement with key stakeholders, besides expansion into different mediums such as corporate website, social media, fleet branding, machine branding and any future points.
  • Collaborate with HR and CIP in developing comm plans strategy the CIP Programs for the organization and its communication. Also, support and council cross functional teams
  • Talent marketing
- support TA team in all communication and internal campaign, plan and strategies and roadmap for the brand and the function to support talent attraction.

  • Internal communication : create and implement a structured framework for employee communication with focus on employee engagement and establishing the various HR initiatives. Manage all current and upcoming internal communication assets intranet, daily mailers, group mailers, forums and others that are planned in the system.
  • Global Alignment Ensure all internal communications are fully aligned with the established global and regional strategic positioning for the business and corporation.
  • Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.
  • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new programs, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
  • Finance planning and budget management are a must skill
  • Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
