  • 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
- knowledge of food and beverage operations.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Captain to elevate our guests' dining experiences. Our resort is renowned for its world-class amenities, breathtaking views, and commitment to delivering memorable moments to every visitor.


Responsibilities:

Guest Service Excellence: Ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests by providing personalized and attentive service.

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Order Management: Oversee the efficient and accurate processing of food and beverage orders, collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, and cleanliness. Monitor and address any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Upselling and Recommending: Encourage and train staff to upsell menu items and make personalized recommendations, contributing to increased revenue.

Shift Management: Organize and coordinate restaurant shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak periods and special events.

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, seeking solutions to ensure a positive resolution.

Financial Accountability: Assist in controlling costs, managing inventory, and achieving revenue targets through effective resource allocation and control measures.


Requirements:

Pay:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
