Responsibilities

Student Consultation: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their career goals, educational background, and interests in the field of IT.

Course Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT courses, certifications, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to students.

Career Guidance: Offer career guidance by highlighting potential career paths and opportunities available upon completion of specific IT courses.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from current students and alumni to continuously improve the quality of educational programs and services.

Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team, academic advisors, and faculty to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for students.

Events and Outreach:Participate in educational fairs, workshops, and other events to promote IT courses, build awareness, and engage with potential students.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, or ITrelated discipline).
- Proven experience in educational counseling or a related role, with a focus on IT courses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with IT industry certifications and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Customercentric mindset with a passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
