Detailed JD:

  • Dynamically plan inspection schedules for Passengers & Drivers taking into account the location, due date, order type.
  • Provide efficient, optimized inspection routes.
  • Provide superior customer service to passengers throughout the scheduling process.
  • Promptly incorporate prioritized inspections of Express, sameday, or magic orders as applicable.
  • Provide coverage for Administrative Coordinator absences.
  • Develop processes to improve the organization and efficiency of the scheduling team.
  • Manage the international drivers and client details and prepare a trip schedule.
  • Coordinating with driver and passenger and en route the trips.
  • Monitoring the travel app and sending the information to the clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels.
  • Ensure the quality of all services and processes for the clients.
  • Handling the clients and preparing the reports.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹150, ₹450,000.00 per year
