    Job Title:
    Senior Manager - Civil and Structural

    Key Responsibilities:
    Support in identifying work scope requirements for civil works; evaluate schedules in liaison with the discipline lead. Review and direct the lead in technical guidance for critical structures and foundations for the most optimal solution.
    Managing client expectations requires a complete awareness of the scope of work, specifications, and standards.
    Leading contract review, constructability review, model review, and risk review.
    Review of planning and ensuring that TDR is made considering all interfaces and input requirements.
    Review of TBE of major items like Steel, Shelters, Anchor bolts, etc.

    and ensuring timely ordering of materialsIdentify work scope requirements for civil works; evaluate schedules in liaison with the discipline lead.

    Review and direct the lead in technical guidance for critical structures and foundations for the most optimal solution.
    Review critical items like pipe racks, underground, machine foundations, etc. on a design basis. Ensuring the implementation of value engineering standards.
    Ensuring the implementation of change control mechanisms. Ensuring that changes are approved before implementation.
    Ensuring regular reporting of the status of the project in the form of a quarterly report.
    Directs the employee performance evaluations, establishes performance criteria, identifies employee strengths and weaknesses, and recommends training and development requirements.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills:

    He must have a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 23+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, of which he should have spent at least 8 years in a similar capacity in a similar organization with a proven track record of technical and managerial skills.

    He or she must have industry-recognized expertise in one or more areas of Civil Engineering.
