Responsible for multiple projects
- 5+ year hard core Telesales experience in Out bound calls.
- Preferably from Real Estate industry
- Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment
- Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes
- Should have very good convincing skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual
- Place of work: Site as assigned
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
- To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis
- Convert leads to Customer site visits
- To explain our projects in details to the customers
- To answer customer queries promptly
- Able to coordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.
- Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.
- Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
- Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc
