Description
1.Drafting and Design:
Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and blueprints based on architectural designs, specifications, and guidelines. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to accurately depict dimensions, materials, and structural elements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and incorporate their input into the drawings.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure accuracy, compliance with building codes, and adherence to project timelines.Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawing revisions, change orders, and record drawings. Ensure proper organization and version control of all architectural drawings and related files.
Building Codes and Regulations:
Familiarize yourself with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permit requirements. Ensure that the architectural drawings comply with these codes and regulations.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of architectural and construction principles, including building materials, construction techniques, and structural systems. Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in CAD software, and emerging architectural standards.
Quality Control:
Conduct thorough reviews and checks of architectural drawings to identify any errors, omissions, or inconsistencies. Collaborate with the design team to resolve issues and ensure accuracy and completeness of the drawings.
Communication:
Effectively communicate design ideas and technical information through clear and concise drawings. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to address design-related queries and provide necessary clarifications.
Project Support:
Provide support during the construction phase, such as responding to requests for information (RFIs), reviewing shop drawings, and conducting field visits to verify construction progress against the drawings.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
