Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily operations in the polyester manufacturing department, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of production targets.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available to meet production demands.
  • Address and resolve production issues and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:


  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, with preference given to those with experience in the polyester industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices specific to the polyester manufacturing process.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
