Description
the BPO industry, and technical requirements whilst keeping in mind the

requirements of the industry such as Spoken English, MS Office and work

readiness skills.

  • Carry out the required daily tasks assigned by the department and coordinate
with the class teachers, HOD and Principal regularly.

  • Prepare question papers, quizzes, seminars, and practical exams to evaluate the
students learning.

  • Exam invigilation and paper evaluation as per the academic calendar
  • Conduct semester practicals with industry experts every semester and submit
marks

  • Maintain attendance, follow the class schedule, and send session tracker to the
Zonal lead.

  • Get the students to complete 30 hrs of internship every semester in the BPO
industry through referrals

  • Pre and Postplacement counselling of students.
  • Prepare the students for placement and get them placed in the BPO industry
  • Organize conferences, workshops, and short courses to give handson BPO
expertise

  • Coordinate and manage creative, inspiring professional development sessions in
line with college goals and priorities

  • Coordinate academic activities and contribute to the overall development of the
student.

  • Help students with Personality Development, Communication Skills, and
Training & Placements.

  • Full attendance during company training and development programmes
  • Assist the company in various operational tasks while the sessions are not happening
at schools or colleges during exams, winter break or summer break

  • Design and develop course content along with the content team (not mandatory)
