Key Responsibilities:

Collecting, organizing and analyzing data from different sources to generate reports.
Developing and maintaining management information systems to support business operations.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, inventory, procurement, and other operations.
Analyzing trends, patterns and making recommendations to the management team.
Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the information systems.
Creating dashboards and presenting data visually to help stakeholders understand trends and make informed decisions.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather data and ensure alignment on key metrics.
Assisting with the implementation of new systems or software.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations related to data privacy and security.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Excel.
Experience in IT hardware and networking industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
