Job Summary:

As a site engineer, you will monitor diversified aspects of construction project management. This will include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations. You will also foster effective communication by liaising with contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.

Supervising and managing construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
Seamless integration of composite works & direct procured items in the overall work sequence.
Work mobilization, oversee fitout construction & management of onsite activities, tracking of cost, quality, EHS & time elements pertaining to fitout construction.
Project closure & handover including snag identification/rectification and asbuilt / project closure documentation.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
Experience in commercial office fitout management & construction

- (for GC / Design+Build projects)

BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
Experience with Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD.
Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
