PADM team is responsible for correcting / updating participant level information, like allocating money to the funds, making indicative data changes, updating beneficiaries and enrolling the participants

Primary Responsibilities:

Enroll participants in the system & maintain the records
Modify participant data
Review & quality check work performed by peers and specialists in the process
Perform the role of an SME with an ability to provide thoughtful reasoning on why particular process needs to be followed
Ability to compile, interpret and analyze data. Good judgment and problem solving skills
Significant experience interacting with workflow systems
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many inflight deliverables at once on tight deadlines
Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements

Eligibility

810 years of experience US Retirement Industry
5 years of experience in DC is preferable
Graduate or a Master's Degree in any discipline
Good business communication skills with command in English, both written & verbal
