Your future starts now.PADM team is responsible for correcting / updating participant level information, like allocating money to the funds, making indicative data changes, updating beneficiaries and enrolling the participants
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enroll participants in the system & maintain the records
- Modify participant data
- Review & quality check work performed by peers and specialists in the process
- Perform the role of an SME with an ability to provide thoughtful reasoning on why particular process needs to be followed
- Ability to compile, interpret and analyze data. Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Significant experience interacting with workflow systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many inflight deliverables at once on tight deadlines
- Should be flexible to work in shifts and go extra mile per team requirements
- 810 years of experience US Retirement Industry
- 5 years of experience in DC is preferable
- Graduate or a Master's Degree in any discipline
- Good business communication skills with command in English, both written & verbal
