Requirement of the Role:
Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice,

Ability to work in Excel spreadsheets, work in USA based shifts, you will be part of Backend process

facilitating US team.

Job Title:
CRM -Executive
The position reports to Head CRM & interfaces with company managers. The CRM


Qualifications, Skill & Experience Levels:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a contact centre/Healthcare/Patient & Physician centric environment as an Executive/Agent.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
  • Basic Excel skill understanding Excel spreadsheets (Formulas & Functions).
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
  • Welldeveloped communication skills: ability to communicate to all levels.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied and demanding workload.
  • Problem solving skills with A high level of commercial awareness.
