What role will you play?
In this role, you will be responsible for corporate actions processing across global markets.

You will assist in reviewing and interpreting corporate action event announcements, as well as preparing corporate action notifications for investment managers and custodians.

Additionally, you will be responsible for notifying fund administrators about corporate events and managing the reconciliation and settlement of corporate action entitlements.


What you offer

  • 12 years of experience with a financial institution, preferably working in a corporate actions team for a global custodian or asset manager.
  • Funds management or custodian background with experience in a similar middle office or operations role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the financial/banking services industry and shared services operating models.
  • Technical qualifications in a business discipline and a good working knowledge of financial markets, portfolio accounting, as well as accounting systems (e.g., Simcorp Dimension), custody settlement systems, and Aladdin, will be an advantage.
