The job of a Communications and Engagement Manager involves overseeing and managing an organization's communication strategies and engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create messaging that reflects the organization's values, mission, and key initiatives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent communication across all channels.

Internal Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization, ensuring that employees are wellinformed about company news, updates, and policies.
  • Develop and implement internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and team meetings.

External Communication:

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including media, donors, partners, and the public.
  • Draft press releases, statements, and other communication materials to promote positive public relations.
  • Monitor and respond to media inquiries, ensuring accurate representation of the organization.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
  • Create and curate content for various social media platforms.

Event Planning:

  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and other engagement activities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events to promote brand visibility and strengthen relationships.

Crisis Communication:

  • Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to address potential issues.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to crises, working to protect the organization's reputation.

Measurement and Analytics:

  • Implement tools and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and continually improve communication efforts.

Team Management:

  • Supervise and lead a team of communication professionals.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment in communication efforts.

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
