PEB are steel structures built over a structural concept of primary members, secondary members, roof & wall sheeting connected to each other & various other building components.

The building can be provided with skylight, wall lights, turbo vents, ridge ventilators, roof monitors, doors & windows trusses, mezzanine floors, fascia's, canopies, crane systems, insulators, etc., based on customers' requirements.

These buildings are custom designed to be lighter in weight & high in strength. It is also economical in cost, factory-controlled quality, durability, longevity, flexibility in expansion, environment-friendly, faster installation etc.


As a lead generation marketing executive for Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt Ltd, your main responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads for the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) division.

Here is an overview of what your role will entail:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target industries, clients, and competitors in the PEB market. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to reach out to potential customers. This may include implementing digital marketing campaigns, attending industry events and trade shows, developing partnerships with relevant businesses, or leveraging social media platforms.

Lead Nurturing: Implement a lead nurturing process to build strong relationships with potential clients. Regularly follow up with leads to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide relevant information about the company's PEB solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation activities with the overall marketing and sales objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.

Data Analysis: Regularly analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use these insights to refine strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.

CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools or software to track and manage leads effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions for future reference.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and present them to the management team. Highlight key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving lead generation efforts.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest marketing techniques and lead generation best practices. Attend relevant workshops, webinars, or industry conferences to enhance your expertise in lead generation.


Overall, your role as a lead generation marketing executive with Ferromonk Steel Structure Pvt Ltd will be crucial in driving the growth and success of the PEB division by identifying and converting potential leads into satisfied customers.


Qualification:
B-Tech(Mechanical Engineer) ,MBA in marketing are also preferred, ONLY FOR MALE CANDIDATE


Salary:

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
