Job Description:

  • As a Dispatch Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the day by day dispatch responsibilities.

Key Responsibility:
-

  • Weekly Sales & Dispatch Planning.
  • Coordinate with internal team like
  • Production, Design, Accounts, Quality, Packing & Dispatch Team.
  • Communicate with Client for their purchase order & other query.
  • Maintaining daily basis order booking data and updating of all data.
  • Develop Logistic Services for best result.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, Patterns, and area for improvement. Provide regular report and insights to the sales team and managements.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives.
  • Manager and maintain accurate and up to date sales data, including customer records, sales pipeline and contracts,
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skill with the ability to prioritize, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill, with the ability to prioritize task and meet deadline in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skill to effectively collaborate with team members and stockholder at all levels.

  • High fluency with computers and current software
  • Ability to remain calm and deliver clear instructions under pressure
