Responsibilities & Duties:

Managing clients and their respective projects custom research team in matters of market research based on experience in the Technology & telecommunications, FMCG industry.
Reporting to a project lead, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customized quantitative studies, including project costing, questionnaire design, project management and execution, analysis and report writing
Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends
Technology, automotive, chemicals, F&B
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industries
Assess market position and industry trends.
Analyze market potential and market shares of various products
Identify strategies to increase market share
Produce content for senior audiences that is of a professional calibre
Evaluate products and product penetration
Monitor market participants and analyze their strategies
Prepare market reports and presentations for clients
Provide adhoc business analysis and support
Monitor industry news and developments to identify potential opportunities
Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings
Provide support to the client relations team in order to fulfil client requirements
Synthesis and communication of both primary and secondary research findings into actionable insights according to the client's objectives
Full reporting and analysis (via PowerPoint, Word, Excel): Interpreting and analysing multivariate data, drawing insightful conclusions and providing recommendations, where applicable
Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to teams
Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request accuracy and correctness

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent research and writing and presentation skills, creating crisp visualizations to convey complex stories.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (advanced formulas, slicers, macros etc.)
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Detail oriented with keen eye for consistent formatting, reducing errors and typos, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
